Ok so when you go to draw on here you click the pencil, but if you want higher quality drawings then you can click on the words “beta editor”

Witch is right above the page which you draw on

Then when you get to the beta editor to the left is all the tools and to the right is the layers to your drawing, which is different than on top of the page, the thing on top of the page is your different frames for your animation.
