LinkIt was AMAZING! I've never felt the spirit like that before, it was just wonderful
It was really hard at first because I'm super shy and I didn't know anybody, but by the end I got to know my company well, and had a bunch of fun, met new people, and learned a lot. There are some truly great people, and my counselors were so nice and fun.
If you don't know, FSY means For the Strength of Youth, and it's a camp for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You don't have to be a member, because it can be fun. It is very gospel oriented if you aren't interested, but if you can, go! It can be a lot of fun and give great opportunities
My sister went in June and she came back stronger than ever! I couldn't got this year though but I got to go to camp
It was especially since it was my last year I was an adult leader but it was ward camp so it didn't matter much :,)
FSY is so fun !! My sister just got home from hers this morning too (I couldn't go bc I had girls camp intersecting)
It is so much fun I love making friends with the people I meet there, they always end up being close to family by the end of the week :]
