Milo was born in New York City to two graphic designers, Tom and Leslie Martini. He went to elementary school at a boarding school called, Mrs. Pritchett's Academy for Boys. He came out top of his class, and took his first year of middle school at Mr. Bellamy's Boarding School of Excellence. But halfway through the year his mother passed away at the age of 41. He returned home, and he and his father moved to Frankfurt, Kentucky, his father's hometown. Milo graduated middle school at the age of 14. He began high school where he finally came to terms with his sexuality, and in his Junior year came out as Bi. He graduated high school at 18, and went to art school. His father passed away when he was 20. When he was 22 he saved a young man named John who he discovered had wormholed there from an Alternate Dimension called Altera. He let him stay at his house and they became close friends while John stayed and tried to figure out how to get home.
