You/oc are having a sleepover with Gold and her friends when she tugs at you for whatever reason and suddenly the two of you fall through the floor.
You hid a soggy yellow ground with a thud, the bush of the loudfluorescent lights hitting your ears.
“Where are we?” Gold asks, scared
the one on the left because i dont have an actual ref for him rn sobs
Gold stepped forward, flinching back at how soggy the carpet was under foot. “Egh!” Wet carpet? What kind of hell hole was this?
"A very bright one." He squinted up at the buzzing lights.
"This isn't the house.."
“This definitely isn’t my house” she agreed. “Why the heck are the lights buzzing so loud?”
"They are very cheap"
He pulled out a pocket knife
"I'll be the protection if there's anything here that could hurt us"
Gold noddedd. Looking around, a quiet howling could be heard in the distance.
Shade snarled, the sound of the fluorescent lights hurt a bit for him, his ears pinned.
Sorry for the late reply, I fell asleep haha) gold glanced around. “What is this place?” She exclaimed, taking a step forward bur fkunching at the squelch of the noisy carpet

Shade shook his head back and forth for a moment, not liking the sound of the fluorescent lights still. Though he was at least getting used to it.

“We’ve gotta get out of here, the other must be worried sick!” Good exclaimed quietly, rubbing her sleeves together.
Gold nodded, she was starting to get a headache from the bright yellow walls and carpet mixed with the loud hum-buzz of the fluorescent lights.
Shade started walking, his ears perked, listing for anything other then the buzzing in his ears
Gold followed close behind, a howling can be heard in the distance.
Gold made sure to stay close to Shade
Gold glanced around, what was the howling about. She hoped they didn’t find out soon.
Gold nodded, stepping forward but flinching at the squelch of the moist carpet under foot. “Egh! Wet carpet?”
Max: Ew- That's nasty... *They(Max is a they/them) tried walking around it but still touched it* Aww, come on!
“The entire floor is just, soaked! Egh!”
Gold stepped back but still felt herself sink slightly into the wet floor
Max: Ugh- This is gonna ruin my shoes! And I have to meet Xin for his date today! *He looked at Gold* Here- *He pulled Gold up and placed him/them on the hard floor next to him* Watch were your going next time.

Gold huddled into her boyfriends hoodie, it was a bit oversized but it was comforting at the moment. “We've gotta find a way out”

Max: Yeah- I have to call Xin but there may not be wifi- This is gonna ruin my date!! Ugh!
After a quick google search, the Backrooms has wifi but entities can track you do your connect to it and trying to reach someone outside causes ‘Accidents’ to happen mainly resulting in death) Gold pulled out her phone “maybe there’s internet?” She muttered. Checking her bars she found she had one! One bar! Which was strange in this kind of place but hey! It’s enough for a text right?

Max: I will text him and tell him... *He texted Xin saying, I am stuck some where at the moment and can't make it there, Sorry buddy*
Gold glanced around. “What is this place?” She tried to take a step forward but flinched back at the squelch of the wet carpet. “What the hell?”
“The carpet is absolutely soaking wet! Who has a wet carpet? And this much of it?” She turned and gestured at all the carpet around them, she rubbed her sleeves together. “The others must be worried sick about us”
