My foot hurts alot I can't walk on it. Why? Cause I had the brilliant idea to take my shoes off (my heels hurt my feet) and wonder around. I found a tack Using the heel of my foot I F E L T it go in It pinched So I checked out what it was and It was a tack fully in my foot It didn't wanna come out do I just kept pulling until it did And now I'm sore
