Mikey: who boy do I feel you right now. I just had to get up the nerve to ask Riley out again, after I broke up with her! Don't worry man, I'm sure you've got this.
Mikey: well... make me understand. *pulls off his coat and sets it on a hanger* I've got time.
Mikey: *sighs* If you insist. *yawns* so, I'm curious, you know how Scratch removed the whole wings thing?
Mikey: *chuckles* always so secretive, Scratch. Course he wouldn't be Scratch if he wasn't. So how are you doing anyway?
Mikey: well, that was expected. Although you aren't on the run from the military. Or scotching around in an office chair because you can't go to government controlled facilities to buy a wheel chair. *chuckles* I think we've all had our fair share of terrible days.
I can relate to that.. Just know it gets better! Amazing piece of artwork!
Staple:*he stands beside him, His hands in his pockets, and does not look over at him. His face is blank of emotion, and he speaks softly* It's terrifying. That, I know. *he tilts his head down, his expression unchanging* I may not know a lot about this, but I know it's horrifying. *he goes silent, and glances over at Jax, his eyes showing fear and empathy only for a moment*
Staple:*he stayed quiet and still for a moment, then pulled out a small thermos, twisting the cap off* Coffee? *his voice sounded almost monotone with the question, steam rising slowly from the thermos*
Staple: Hm. *he took a sip from his coffee* If it's not a problem, might I ask about it? If not, it's no trouble. I won't dig around for answers. *he stared blankly ahead of him*
Staple:what is it that scares you, like, what are you scared of doing?*he spoke softly again, then took a long sip from his coffee*
Staple: Ah. Any specific people involved, if it's not too personal to ask? *he closed the thermos, and put it back in his pocket*
Staple:oh. *his voice cracked slightly, and he looked down some, not saying anything else, his expression still blank*
