I'm not sure with myself tbh. My dad did have insomnia from his early teens through early 30's. Lately, (past month) I have been getting little to no sleep at all. (I doubt Its anything since I've been a little stressed.) But some might help.

Again I dont think it's anything, most likely just because I'm stressed. But it really takes a toll on my mood.
