It doesn't seem like it One meal a day is nowhere near the amount of calories you need in the day If you want to lose eight, please just eat healthier. I don't want you doing any disordered eating

look it up, its basically where you have points of not eating and points of eating set strategically in a scientific manner, its supposed to be a good diet to get rid of fat easily

Dude, fasting isn’t really that great. Sure, it might be able to help you lose weight fast, but it will slow your metabolism down and make you feel like you’re just a walking corpse. If you want to lose weight, do it safely and just try eating healthier. Please don’t do anything that can harm you.
