minato is a character and he is insanely fast like a thunder god, he beat the raikages speed cause he was so fast, he even deafeted the nine tails and seald it into his son NARUTO! but before he could the nine tails pierced his claw into minato and kushina, kushina the wife of minato, and after the seal they both died leaving naruto in the hands of the 3rd hokage. naruto became an orphan because of his parents death, now naruto became strong now he hokage as well :D
