There is no blur tool. I use the tool that's below the eraser/rubber, it looks orange and gray. First you draw your picture (Only the lineart!!) and then use one shade to colour a bit of it, then a darker shade below it, then a darker shade, and so one. It's slightly hard to explain and I might make a tutorial, hope this made sense :)
