I was going through a super rough point, and my parents found out I was cutting. I ended up in therapy and there was a lot going on, but I'm not depresso anymore- and I know its rlly scary to tell your family but its the right thing

plus ik there are ppl out there who like to just post ab being depressed and at all angsty with vent art of knives n stuff, when their confronted they get super defensive and claim that they don't even wanna be happy- I'm sure you want to be happy... right?
