i mean this is a cool character design but try animating it frame by frame it would be an absolute h o r r o r trying to place all those scars (i assume) on every single frame. don't even get me started on the bandana or multi coloured blood! just a side note, im not saying this design is trash. it's actually really unique and ive never seen anything like that, which is good, im just saying you should always bring frame by frame animation into the equation when designing characters. im also not saying you should change the design.
