Insanity at random moments of anger would probably come from held in anger during his childhood
Therefore meaning he'd prolly be part of a rich family or something that forced him to do fancy shit he doesnt want to do and
He wasnt allowed to talk back
So pent up anger would turn into slight insanity when feeling that certain feeling
And
Now that he's away from them and can express things
He can let it out
