Okok a)mental health wise- i feel shit. It hasn't gotten any better,it only got worse. Like,, i have a hallucination where i call him john (yes homestuck) and he is being an ass. I tried talking to him with his 'favourite song' and told him 'if you scare me once i turn my back i'll be so mad.' Once i got to my ****ing living room he decided,'hm,why not make him ****ing hallucinate my hand on the window' lol so i had a panic attack,told my mom,she asked 'is he mean?','yeah','then he's probably sad', then the next day i explained that it cant be spiritual because i was walking to the shop with a friend and 'john' decided to walk on the grass near me,where i can clearly hear his ****ing foot steps.

Ive zoned out,gotten nightmares and short term memory. Mm could'nt get any better.
