Voice claim is the voice that your character would have. For example, if your character sounded like a famous person, then that’s your character’s voice claim. I hope that’s accurate from what I know.

Or a song with the person’s voice, if your character would sound like that then what would be your character’s voice claim. They can already have multiple voice claims.

It can be claimed by anyone. People don’t own a song or a voice, neither would you. Anyone can use that voice claim. I’d recommend looking at the person’s above link because I don’t think I’m being very helpful.
