For now maybe you can draw somewhere else until you can figure out a way to fix this.
Not sure if it’ll fill in very well for your coping but you gotta figure something out while taking care of this issue.
For now try contacting apple about this issue and see if they can get to it.
Make sure you keep business letters short but professional and to the point, they probably get a bunch of mail already with their status.
