Ok if you are doing 4 frames Do the 2 frames close to the same spot but down Not with the tool add another frame do to that after that put the 3rd frame way down but not very far like 2 fingers i thing and 4 frame move it a little down i prefer the speed 150 or 145

Now for the hair

If you are making it windy make the front hair go to depending where you want the wind So i think 6 frames work for this what i recommend to try doing everything you animate in real life to get a picture of what you want to Animte I just really recommend that so 4 frames with the speed of 106 for 4 frames and to make it windy make the hair (front) move to the other side like you know what happens hair gose wild Do the same for the back hair

If you doing a walking one (not like on the said front face you just block the body with the arms when walking) then just make it match the Animation because that’s what I randomly just do anything and make sure it fits the animation well you can try to make it a little bit bouncy or like I don’t know stuff like that just do something like that and I believe it should turn out good with the speed of 150 or 145 both of those speeds are like the best speeds in my opinion 75 really isn’t the best one but at some point they’re going to need 75 or 70 (The reason I wrote this fast is because I just use the microphone speaker thingy I don’t know what supposed to be called but it’s on my iPad and I’m very lazy to type so don’t mind me)

Try not to make this design very hard to animte because that’s gonna be very hard it’s going to take a long time Try to make it with some details to make it look nice as well but not too much I prefer that In a drawing
