im bad at explaining BUT its all keyframes and tracing!!!!! i just draw the key poses, then trace the head (sometimes the body too, what matters is that its a part that doesnt squish or stretch or change size much) to get the proportions right and just use the move tool to adjust it so that it looks like a proper in-between :p i can clarify anything else if u dont get what i mean i totally understand
