LinkI've gotta lot of bad, negative things going thru my head and I'm worried that I relax and fall asleep I'll black out again and hurt myself

LinkI honestly don't want to hurt myself, I don't like that feeling
I feel like I'm going to vomit but I can't tell her. If I do she'll tell me I'm faking. Plus, I can't *not* go to school tomorrow unless I want to be expelled
