So there is an infinite amount of realities so there are anime realities and ones just like this but your a dog and all in-between. So reality shifting is just transferring your consciousness between realities. There are many different ways and you should probe do your own research

something that helps is scripting which is just writing the specifics of the reality you want to go to.also alot of people think that ur making a new reality but no your just specifying which one because there is an infinite amount

the method i use is the ra en method. Ut you can do whatever you don't even need a method or script there aren't really any rules

its just whatever works for you
