Your oc was an aquaintence of X, and knew they are usually easily annoyed and usually very secretive about things, but anyways- one day your oc goes to hang out with X and go to their usual place theyd normally be at(the abandoned house) and when they get there they notice soemthing kinda off about X, they seemed slightly distracted, staring at the device they use to open portals to different worlds, so, like any good aquaintence, your oc goes and talks to them, asking them whats up
They didnt seem to notice at first, but then got slightly startled and say soemthing about "not thinking about anyone"
So, wwyd?-
(This scenario was just thought out as I was typing it so I know its not typed out the best lol)

Pixel: but don't you want to see the person? Cause you can't hide in your cloak and see them at the same time

X: -they stand from the chair they were sitting in and type in some coordinates on their portal opening device, then open a portsl-
-portal is slightly glitchy, as per usual with the portals they(x) open-
X: -walks up to the portal thing, then looks at pixel- ....passageway is open, go through, I'll follow..
-there is a park on the other side, the park is in a town-
X: -follows and closes the portal behind themself-

X: ......yeah no good luck- i dont really wanna embarrass myself today- -they go to a bench and sit down- ...ill wait here until youre done talking to Geo..

Geo: oh nice! :D im on page 38- I only recently started this book ^^'
Pixel: that's just fine *realized that it would be easier to talk if she was up in the tree with them* do you mind if I join you up there?
Geo: I dont mind, but I could get out of the tree if youd rather prefer that? This is a tall tree-
Pixel: I'm alright with climbing... but if you want to you can come down here
Geo: ok ^^ I should probably get down though- -he jumps out of the tree-
Pixel: are you just getting into the mystery genre or have you been reading about it for a while?
Geo: a little bit of both-? I like mystery and stuff, but i only ever read about it on slightly rare occasion- a friend of mine actually recomended this book to me though ^^ of of the main characters kinda reminds me of them haha ^^'

X: -stops pacing and looks at pixel affer hearing the laugh- -they just stare in an intimidating way-

X: ..yeah, I guess.. -they take out the portal opening device-
X: ... -types the coordinates into the device, then opens a portal-
-the portal somehow looked glitchier then the last one, but still stable-
Pixel: oh um *grabs a piece of paper and hands it to X* if you aren't coming then please open it back up at this time
X: I'm coming with, i have to do something in that world anyways -they go through the portal-
Pixel: hm ok *walks back so that they can come in* what is it? *puts the paper piece in her pocket again*
X: -closes the portal- ....work stuff, nothing youd find intresting..
X: ...i also dont care, go hang out with Geo like you said you would.. I have things to do.. -they put the portal device away, then turn and walk in a certain direction-
Geo: -somewhere in the park, reading the same book from last time-
Geo: ...i am literally a cottencandy colored nightmare creature- -how he discribes themself- -not breaking eyecontact with that entire statement-

Geo: it was a fantasy/adventure book ^^" it followed the story of a guy who fell into a place filled with mythical creatures and magic

He opened his mouth to say something, but he just sighed, then blinked, trying to think of something to say [when you use your last braincell]
He made direct eye contact, which he never, Never, Ever does. He seemed more irritated than usual "That lie was way to obvious, even I know That! Obviously SomeThing has got you acting like this! Something, Or Someone- Or...*groan* IDFK-"
X: .....calm down- lords youre worse then i am- ..im not thinking about anyone---- also acting like what? I'm not acting different-?? The hell-?
His eye twitched, he looked over to the side, before sighing, trying not to lose his temper "you keep on staring at the portal machine thingy, apparently you diddnt hear my loud ass walk twords you, then say 'Not thinking about anyone' before I actually say anything!" He then looked down, his ears slightly pointed down, he mumbled something under his breath, before looking up
X: ..........sorry that I zoned out for a moment- I can help that, also- listen- shut up- I didnt mean to say anything- I had my guard down -
He stared, Not trying to make eye contact, then sighed "ok then..." he was trying to calm himself down "I...I apologize, I'm so used to..." X; ...well the "person I was thinking of" thing that you seem so curious about I dont really want to talk about to anyone but Jane- becuase Jane is the only one I trust to not make a big deal out of it, so id prefer to jsut not say anything
Nightmare sighed, stretching and popping his arm "well, cant argue with that, Not even Daydream knows one of my secrets" he tapped his robotic foot with a slight rythym, and yawned, showing his fang replacements
He awkwardly looked around, trying to think of a way to start a Conversation "Sooo, uhm- you like anyone Or-" He face palmed himself "God damnit nightmare how can you be so Stupid and Hopeless!?" He dragged his hand down his face
X: -just imediantly puts the hood of their cloak over their head as a responce- ...........................
He looked over "W-WAIT- AIN'T NO WAY!" His eyes widened "OHOHOHO-" He chuckled, before coughing, his foot stopped tapping, he had a smirk on his face
X: -just pulls the hood further over their head, hiding their face- ...shut up-
"So you were thinking of someone?" He snickered, walking twords X slightly "Ah, young love, I was in love once! it turned into a bloodbath-" He said that last part as quietly as possible, he smirked again "Lemme be honest, that was the last thing I was expecting!"
X; .......listen im not exactly plannin on acting on it- -talking kinda quiet-
*really good hearing go brr "So you admit it?!" He was acting like a child, his tail was viciously wagging "I must know, Spill!" He was bent forward slightly, so he ended up falling, landing in a weird way, he stood up quickly
"Mhm..." Eyebrow raise, obviously not buying that "Well, that's a lie- especially if your thinking of them... Admit it, You LoVE this 'MYstEriOus' person" he said the last part with a playfully teasing tone, smirking as he leaned against a wall
X: ....it really doesnt matter if I do or not.. Not like theyd find out or the possibility of him liking me back, which that possibility is most likely non existant.. -talking kinda quiet-
Nightmare sighed "listen, kid- I know how that feels, where you feel like you have no chance..." he rubbed his shoulder nervously "But sometimes, it's a risk you gotta take to feel... happy! Take it from me, kinda- my last relationship was a little... Meh" he gestured to his missing arm
X: ..im not a kid, also i know, id just screw it up though, also if your ex did that to you why were you even with them-
"Oh stop thinking Negativly, sometimes you gotta look at the posititve Brah" He gave them a Determined look, before sighing for the 20th time "Also, they did it After i broke up with them, yeah dont try to matchmake whilst being drunk outta yer mind, also dont Drink"
X: kinda hard to look to the positive when everything I do ends up going wrong. Also drinking is a nice distraction- so dont tell me what to do- also thats fricked up that they would do that-
