God this was tough... I was trying my best to make her face darker, but with her skin color being close to yellow and all... I can't describe it really, but this was hard. Anyways, this is Flashlight, the top 3 of the Top 5 heroes. Her power is light. When she uses her power, her eyes glow. The outfit she has transmits light from her eyes to her chest and boots, and also under her skirt. (She only uses the skirt one during emergencies) She's 27 years old and very well known. I love this character, I just made her today and I adore her design. I'm proud of her hero outfit as well, but it's obviously covered up by all the rocks in this picture. I know I could've done better with this drawing, but I'm satisfied. I hope everybody else likes this drawing!~
