my mom was asking if i was ok. i didnt know what to tell her. my picking is getting worse. im slipping away from the person i once was. i dont know how much longer i can take this. i dont trust anybody right now. anxiety and depression are using me like their puppet and i dont want to be a puppet. i just want to be "normal". i just want things to be "ok". i just want my suffering to end.
