Jsjdjdnf Okay so like basically (ii thought of this when I was sad two days ago forgive me for poor storyplanning) A lot of people didn't like Hex bc his brother got all these royalty benefits and Hex did too. So a bunch of people went and basically said "we can't do anything to Tsunamo so let's terrorize his little brother" Then the mafia got involved and Hex was basically Tortured, and the word "STUPID" was carved into his back as a permanent reminder that he was the scum of the earth :D
