Sapphire’s secret of granting wishes was known to her village and they respected the rule of 1 wish per year. (Since that’s opten only thing sapphire can do at this young age) other villages found out and grew selfish and wanted sapphires power to grant wishes. The event of losing her mother made her stressed and with the people constantly asking for a wish stressed her more and she her magic got out of control and destroyed the world/universe she comes from and was put in a new world/timeline. She doesn’t remember where she came from but she remembers aiga. Aiga was brought into that same world where sapphire was. The only person who knows what happened is aiga and amber.
