Im pretty sure its about a man who falls in love with a girl, goes out in the woods for a picnic with her, And she gets murdered. he didnt do it but all the evidence points to him. He goes to court and says hes insane, he gets the electric chair, and then actually goes insane. then sails off on a boat, gets lost, dies and then is reunited with the girl.

idk there are so many different thoughts on this album so many different stories it could tell.
