So, I'm making a story. It's about a world where botany, a field of study and form of magic, is dying out. Charlie (the MC) team up with a reporter and try to save botany from urbanization.

I need a villain for the story. In this case, it's the CEO of a huge company that owns a majority of buildings, stores, the local press, etc.

The villain runs all of the tech industries and such. They want everything to be technology so they can control it all. It can be any species and gender. If possible, can you keep the palette moderately simple, as well?
