yes, Kya is an Erica hymaui except that the Ericas in this story are all old versions of Ericas, basically before they evolved into what they are today. the story takes place on earth, and the Ericas all live on a island, where extinct and mythical fantasy creatures only roam. Ericas are meant to protect the island, they are guardians. so one day humans show up and starts ****ing up the entire forest the island holds, so now the Ericas have to stop them.
