LinkOn the 6th june,i attempted- well you know. Twice,
One of them caused me to pass out and struggle to breathe-
lets not talk about the other,,
I don't know how long i was gone for but because of this,i was extremely depressed.
I was having problems with abuse too which wasn't fun.
I can't count how many times i had cried while i was gone but the 6th of june. Especially. Was probably the worst day

The crisis help line will let you vent about whatever and the people are very supportive and helpful

I have extreme social anxiety- i can't even talk to my family none the less a help line.
Well you shouldn't let your feelings bottle up, you should talk about them with someone so that your problems don't get worse
But if talking doesn't really work for you, just do something that makes you happy or takes your mind off of what you're going through
Every one copes in different ways so just do you as long as it doesn't involve hurting yourself
But everything i used to love doing has just bored me now...
