here's a few tips i use for better sync, open the song in one tab and have the animation in another. skip to a few seconds before your MAP part in the song tab, then re-open the tab where you're animating. when you hear your part play, unpause the anim as soon as possible so you can see your animation alongside hearing the music and find out if it syncs or not.
