LinkShe sat with an empty book in her hands, reading from it as if words were written on it, keeping a steady pace and speaking incoherently, or maybe in a language we couldn't understand. Bandages wrapped her back and eyes, seeming clean, and refreshed daily. She'd cleaved her wings from her back early in her days of becoming an oracle, having no need for the honor or pride other archaes bare their wings to show, proving her commitment to her god. Her malnourished body is apart of the cave she dwells within, her legs and tail becoming stiff and calcified, sprouts having taken hold in the cracks of the stone. She is adamant she will be rewarded for her persistence and loyalty to Sepitae, and her body will be restored upon his resurrection.

tell me more abt Sepitae, if you could. Is it allegorical for jebus, like Aslan from Narnia?
I noticed the whole 'when he resurrects thing'. Ofc OC resurrection itself doesn't have anything to do with jebus crust, but I was wondering if that was the intention
also I love the worldbuilding and religion-building for the fiction. It makes it so real.
I'm so happy you asked!!! Sepitae is the brother to Aulorn, and together they created the Archaes! I do actually include interactions with gods in my writing.. which is funny because I'm atheist. But it provides explanations for things like the Archae's powers. Sepitae was killed during the fight with his brother, Aulorn. And his skeleton can still be found. Sepitae was most favored by the archaes due to being the God of life and light, causing the fight with Aulorn. The archaes still praise Sepitae despite his death, while Aulorn is often looked at like one would Hades. Despite his actions being pretty justified because Sepitae was a dick to him
It is. Unintentionally somewhat similar to MLP's Luna and Celestia.
also I don't know whether or not to hate Sepitae, and love Aulorn, or just hate the Archaes for disliking Aulorn despite his reasonable grudge against Sepitae
It's not the Archae's fault, the history is skewed, much like textbooks.
