im on a school computer and they blocked everything else lol
sad that i don't know how to draw on someone else's drawing
and i guess i will never know.
Oh, you just go to the link I pasted in the second comment, press upload file, free download. Then you just go to create in FlipAnim, press the settings icon, then press the green arrow pointing up. It should be the first file on recent. You press it and it should load the picture. Hopefully that helps ^^.
