He looked over and smiled. "Need some help with that?"

"Cute lil shortie." He kissed her head and handed her the bowl.

He chuckled "I can help if you want."

He shrugged "Alright then." He sat back down on the couch and sang under his breath

Jason stood up and came over "Good job."

He sighed "What did you burn babe?"

"You really can burn anything huh." He put the lid thingy on the pot. "I'll cook dinner you don't have to worry."

"You can learn tomorrow how's that sound?" He took some stuff out of the pantry.

He grinned and took out a few pots

He shrugged and preheated the oven "I dunno. Watch tv, play on my switch?"

He finished setting the table. "I made meatloaf." He smiled

He pat her head and took out two glasses "What do you wanna drink?"

Jason smiled sweetly and hugged her back "Thank you."

"I'm making some chocolate cake as well." He finished his food.

He sighed happily and took both of their plates. He put em in the sink.

A little "ding!" came from the oven and Jason opened it, revealing a delicious-looking chocolate cake.

He put on some oven mitts and set it on the counter. "Wanna help frost it?"

"There are like three different flavors, pick whichever you want." He put the cake on a cooling rack

He smiled "Thank you. We gotta let it cool for about 10 minutes before we frost it though."

"If we do it now the frosting is just gonna melt mah dear." He chuckled

"10 minutes." He booped her nose and sat down on the couch

He wrapped an arm around her and smiled.

He handed her a spatula and opened the frosting.

"Save some for the cake." He chuckled and began to frost it.

He yawned and got out some sprinkles.

He bowed "Would you like to do the honors?" He handed her the sprinkles.

"Damn" He laughed and put away his spatula

"No such thing as too many sprinkles, you of all people should know that."

"Almost done?" He hugged her and looked at the cake.

"Indeed it is!"

"That's the best part." Jason kissed her cheek "Let's eat then, shall we?"

He got two plates out and hummed.

He got out two forks and sat at the table.

Jason smiled lovingly "Yum."

"Thanks!" He gave her a huggo

Jason snored slightly and rolled over. Suddenly, there was a loud CRASH at the front of the house. Jason jumped up.

He raised an eyebrow "I don't know-" He stood up and grabbed a s h o t g u n "Stay here."

Lmao okie)) He slowly walked out of their room and looked around.

There was another loud crash from the kitchen. He cocked thy gun and slowly walked into the kitchen

"Go back to bed babe-" He whispered and took a flashlight out of the kitchen drawer.

He hid her behind his back as he heard a noise. He turned on the flashlight and behold, there was Leon, going through their stuff.

Jason growled at him and held he gun to Leon's chest "Coralie, get the phone and call the cops." Leon stroked Jason's chin "I missed you~" Jason gagged "Don't touch me."

Leon purred "Ohh common dear!" Jason gave him the death stare "Cut it out-"

Leon glared at Coralie "You little slut- I should have Jason, not YOU."

Jason kicked Leon in the knee, forcing him to fall down. "Don't talk to her like that-"

He hugged her "Shhhh- It's alright."

He bit his lip, not wanting to take his eyes off of Leon, but he wanted to comfort his wife. "Stay here Coralie-" He went into the broom closet, dragging Leon with him. He came back with a rope. Jason tied Leon up so he couldn't do anythin.

He ran over to Coralie and hugged her tightly "Common now- it's alright... shhh-"

He rubbed her back "He's a jerk. You are a gorgeous woman and an amazing wife, don't take him seriously."

"I love you two." He picked her up and kissed her forehead. "When are the cops coming?"

"Thank god- STAY HERE Coralie, if he does anything the shotgun is over there." He went outside to talk to the cops.

A few minutes later, the cops and Jason walked in. They arrested Leon.

Jason sat next to her "He's gone." He hugged her tightly.

He frowned and bit his lip. "P-please don't cry..." He shed a tear.

"I understand-" He picked her up and walked to their room. "P-please get some sleep."

He sighed and laid down next to her.

-in the mornin- Jason was up making pancakes

He walked into the room and handed her a plate of pancakes.

He stroked her hair. "I'm sorry about Leon-"

"You need anything?"

"Okay.." He sighed and walked into the living room.
