yes, they look similar, and idk why, but notice how the map flag has straight YELLOW nearing the white

i searched it up. queer flags were created around 2011, when the map flag was found out in 2018/2019. since ped0s try to normalize themselves by hiding behind a facade, maybe the map fag was a form of that?
