ah, understood umm this might not help but whenever you are feeling pressured physically during your sleep paralysis, try gripping your fists. That works for me

try sleeping pills, or like slumber pills. after all sleep paralysis occurs during rem sleep, and the way to fix it is either getting enough sleep like a koala or getting into deep sleep
