I really think it's up to you, but once every one or two days is preferable. But if you are maybe working on something big, then take as much time as you need.

I'd say once or twice a week bc u will have more time to edit the mistakes or add new stuff so u can feel satisfied with ur art

oh honestly, pro tip is to not listen to your fans to this one. sometimes fans can pressure you to start messing up your mental health, so that's also the reason why i don't post much. for real though, take your time because i believe you can actually die if ur mental health is bad (aka stress and smth like that)
