i lose a lot of weight even tghough im skinny even when i eat so idek sorry. i think im underwight
Work out or like even walking at least thirty minutes a day could help fr
i would walk n stuff its just im kinda scared to go by myself unless i call someone or i have sm1 with me physically,,

i used2 walkto school so thats how i. mainly. lost weight but sometimes it just happens. get someone 2 walk/run w u :3 plus side is u might even getbuff or sm
i used tonwalk down the canal alot with my friend
it ws so fun but now i cant anymore because i have no one :[
i lost 30 pounds over 3 months/summer on accident,,,
i just stopped eating so much just honestly 4 no reason
working out helps too ig
i'm too lazy 4 it personally
I go to a large high school so I walk a ton, but walking is my favorite option!
