So you see, Nitrogen decided one day, "hey! I'm going to **** my wife three times and emotionally scar those kids!" And so he did. Mardi Gras and Nitrogen got a divorce and Nitrogen went ballistic. He would let his anger out on his kids, mostly Jazz since Jazz resembled his mother the most. For some unholy reason, Nitrogen "kills" Rain when she was six. Jazz and Beryllium realize how much of a threat their father was. 20 years later whoopty doo, Rain was actually alive and she went into hiding so she didn't risk her life or her brothers' lives. Due to Jazz being hurt the most, he now has PTSD. Beryllium takes drugs and Rain was fine considering she was hiding from Nitrogen for so long.
