outline outline iris draw pupil fill outer eye fill iris darken top of eye three times with paint roller (set on navy) lighten bottom of eye three times (set on second lightest grey) layer outer rim with navy layer middle of eye with second lightest grey add highlights with either light grey or white add glow effect (use base colour of eye [example: if you used blue, use that same blue for the glow]) HOPE THIS HELPS!
