your oc was a scavenger, normally selling what ever they could get their hands on. a hour or so ago it was on the news that a nearby mantacore base got bombed, which sent the mountain it was on crumbling. it was a hours walk or so when you reached the area. Although just like most people nearby you despised mantacore it was rough to walk up to the crash site. there were tons of broken helmets and suits, some you were sure werent empty. there was alot of good scrap atleast, such as robot parts, small machines and one of mantacores exlusive fabricators, even though it was damaged. you were going to leave when you abruptly heard a muffled shout for help, which caught your attention. you quickly went to the source and found a hand barely poking out the nearby rubble and broken roof. it was obvious the person was stuck. although you didnt trust mantacore, it felt cruel to leave them. wwyd

the figure slowly emerged from the rubble, heavily injured and bruised. its metal mask was bent and cracked*

there was a few pained coughs, then a pained "t-thank y-you.." was muttered out the mask*

"g-greg.." pivot had heard this name, since greg was heavily used to boost mantacores reputation*

they tried to get up, but couldnt. this was then followed by them shouting in pain as they saw their leg was bent*

they just took the mask off to cough a bit of blood*

they thought* "2-21 miles-"

they quickly nodded*

they nodded, pulling himself towards it*

they fabricated a cast, along with a fixed gauntlet for his arm*

"uh- i-i can try-"

they after a while got a string*

they nodded, getting the cast on while yelping in pain*

they looked around nervously*

greg looked around, not used to a surrounding like this*

"i-i do need a drink"

they never were a fan of beer, so he just ordered some water*

they just sat, checking his gauntlet for any updates of his situation*

"im more dead if i sit here not scanning for atheria members.." they hid the gauntlet under the table*

they took their mask off, quickly wiping off the blood on his face before sipping the water*

they yawned deeply, rubbing his eyes*

"wouldnt that waste time?"

they nodded* "alright. i could pay for a nearby inn"

(candy's just like: im going to revive you then kill you again) they let out a pained gasp, before coughing*

they just held onto his stomach while gasping, then muttered out "t-thank you"
