~There were quite noises like things being knocked around in the hallway across from the living room~

~Bow is was rummaging through the bathrooms medicine cabinet, shoving items into his bag hastily~

~Bow looked over and raised his hands quickly~ "Friendly! I'm on yer side partner!" ~He dropped the items in his hands and backed into the wall~

"H-hey man, I'll leave you can have it all just please-,,Don't kill me,, I-I'm just trying to survive out here.." ~He seemed genuinely frightened~

~He huffed lowering his hands~ "Nah it's fine, Dunno who you can trust these days huh?" ~He picked uo his bag sgain and slung it back onto his back. He seemed friendly but was indeed soaked in blood~

"Oh uh-" ~He opened the lid of his bag to show many random items. Food, medical supplies and some pictures~ "I-it aint much but I don't need much ya' see." ~It was true he was very skinny~

“Listen pal,,I’ll leave ya alone and we can go our separate ways. Here just a little peace offering” ~He slowly reached into his bag and pulled out a sealed water bottle. He put it onto the counter for him and stepped back~

“Yea,,I didn’t find much. Looks like the owners cleared it out or some other looters” ~He shrugged, not much left now that people started looting~

“Hey listen, I aint the kind of feller to leave a person need. I got a camp set up about two miles out. I got plenty of food and Im willin to share. Just because the world’s is endin don’t mean we all gotta start bein monsters. What’d ya say?”

“Here” ~He kicked his axe to the floor and nudged it with his foot to karter~ “Now my life is in yer hands, you seem like a feller just tryin to survive like me so I’m trustin you with that. No “bullshit” this is just a guy tryin to help ya out here partner. Where I’m from we help each other out no matter the situation”

“Your choice buddy, take the axe and get some ration’s and maybe even a good nights rest, let me go and starve, and or kill me then have yourself a footrace with a new grave hopper (thats what he called zombies)” ~He shrugged. Either way he got out of the situation. Either through death or just leaving~

"Good choice,, Welp! Lets get goin then if we wanna make it there by dark" ~He out his hands up as he slid by karter heading for the front door~

~it was an old axe, rusty and worn. Bow swung open the door and started making his way down the road carefully.~ “Hey, never caught yer name, guess we should get to know each other since yer followin me round. Names bow, pleasure to be your personal guide”

“Nice to meet ya Karter. Where you comin from? You dont look like yer from around here?”~Bow walked with some pep on his step excited to have a new buddy~

“Ah, a guy lover. Ya’know im also lookin for someone myself .” ~Bow reached into his bag and pulled out a photo of his bf~ “Damien. We got separated in the beginning. I’ve been lookin for em since. I just hope he hasn’t turned but im holding out hope that hes out there somewhere”

~He put it away and they soon approached the edge of a forest.~”A mile hike through this then we’ll be there” ~He hopped the fence and continued walking, he seemed to know where he was going~

LOSSSERRRR ~Bow glanced back at him and chuckled~ "Not much of a aesthetic guy I'm gussin?" ~He jokingly said. Bow didn't seem to have any difficulty navigating his way through the thick woods. Hoping over branches and climbing over rocks with relative easy. He seemed to be quite acquainted to the woods actually~

"Aint no shame in it. We all got our weaknesses and strengths partner. Anyways, the camp should be just ahead" ~He spoke softly and calmly as he stood upon a rock looking into the thick of the woods~

~The fence around the property helped keep the infected out and they were in a less populated area. Most people there had evacuated. Bow had hopped of the rock. And started again, humming a quiet tune. He was a very odd fellow~

~Soon enough they came to a weird curved stone structure~ “It’s a storm shelter used back in the day. They used to have a school up on that hill. I was just lucky to find it I guess” ~Bow pulled a large thing of wood off the doorway so they could enter. He threw his bag in and crouched down to get inside~

Ok ok ~It had bee four months since the zombie apocalypse started. The air born sickness affected the dead and the bitten. This parasite would give the host the ability to run without tire and never give up. Bow head been on his own for awhile now. He aimlessly wondered the country's backroads. His eyes were slightly glazed over. Much time without sleep or rest and constantly being on guard had taken the spark of happiness from him. Covered in blood he dragged a blood soaked axe behind him. He hummed quietly as he walked alone. Bow dragged his feet when he walked, exhausted~

Omg both tired little boys ~Bow stumbled upon a rock and fell face first on the road. He didn't move for a second. Bow sat up by using his arm to lift his face. Dizzy he got back up but stumbled back down so he crawled to the side of the road behind a bush and leaned on a tree, slumping over. His hair covered his face and his grip loosened on his axe. He kind of looked dead, being covered in blood and all~

~slowly the body of bow was visible. Limp, just hunched over. It was hard to tell if he was alive or not. He was covered in dry blood and thr bandages around his hands crudely covered cuts and bruises~

He was really too tired to do anything~ "Ah shit,,Did I die?" ~The disillusioned bow believed that he had passed in his sleep as it was unlikely fir him to meet Damien amongst the living~

~Bow chuckled quietly, patting Damien's back. He was on the verge of crying as he clutched onto Damien.~ “I thought I’d never see ya’ again. Everyone is gone and I thought- I thought that you were gone too. I tried looking for you I did! But I didn’t have anytime,! The smiths turned and I needed to get out of there. Im so sorry I left Im so sorry,“

Screaming crying and throwing up I love them ~Though bow was covered in blood which he didn’t even know if it was someone else’s or his own he stayed clinging onto Damien. He let loose and started sobbing too.~ “Holy shit where the **** have you been I missed you so god damn much! I was loosin hope without ya’!”

~He rubbed his eyes, laughing~ “ah shit,,, this is so ****ed up. How are we even alive at this point?! I thought I’d be dead by now without ya!” ~it seems he was actually doing decent on his own. He was still alive and he still had all his body parts so in this day of age that was pretty good~

"We're a long way from home huh? Hey, bein a farmer finally paid off." ~He chuckled, leaning his head back on the tree. His hair was up in a low ponytail something he almost never did but in this situation it was a must~

“Well,,,what was it like for you? In the beginning that is” ~He brought his knees up to his chest, his axe wedged between his chest and legs~~

“The virus infected alot of peoples crops. Ive been livin off canned foods I snagged from the city. Its harder to get through there these days. Grave hoppers everywhere now” ~He gestures to the blood quietly laughing~

“Heard from her? I heard service went out after the sirens stopped?” ~He looked over~

~He sighed and nodded, he already knew. Everyone lost someone these days. He just leaned on damiens arm, their silence was louder than words~

~Bows eyes soon started to heavy once more. He turned his head to bury it into Damiens arm as he went quiet. I temporary peace that both would feel in one anothers arms. The relief of knowing they were both alive overruled the un-doubting knowingness of the danger they were both to encounter soon enough~
