I suck at character design But I have a suggestion for a pacifist route Make Asgore Satan, but like a dictator And the monsters are super oppressed by him And Frisk has to form a rebellion against him, by befriending the monsters of the underground And instead of killing him, Frisk spares him, and he has some tragic sob story about why he was a horrible dictator-hitler dude
