Oh yeah, anyways-- uhh This drawing was kinda tough lowkey, only because I had so much I wanted to add to it, but didn't know what to do with it like-- 80% of the time anyways?? It was a confusing process, but I made it out in the end! And BOY am I happy with the finished product! I did a lot of new things with lighting this time around, because I knew I wanted something very VIBRANT and TROPICAL. I know this chick just looks like a knockoff pastel Ariel-- but I promise she's not! I just didn't realize the colors I picked for her were so similar to Ariel's... That also shows Ariel's color pallet is super pretty and mixes well together, so yay! Pinterest really helped me through this drawing process. I looked at a lot of references for backgrounds, textures, shading, lighting... all that jazz! Pinterest is genuinely a life saver for me, and I probably wouldn't be half the artist I am right now if I didn't suck it up and start using it. Yay for personal growth!
