how does one merge files?

so how i do it is, i have the 2 files i wanna merge, then i quickly make a mark on both, the on one of the flipanims, you reload it, and it should have it up
Open a file, copy the frame you want to merge, then open the other file and paste the frame
If you want to merge more then one frame you'll have to keep copying and pasting while downloading the file in between each frame
I upload one file, copy a layer, upload the second file, and paste the later. I don’t know if that’s how you’re supposed to do it but-
