As the two naga drew closer and closer to the sounds of tearing flesh and starved growling, the creature doing the feasting stopped and could be heard sniffing the air. By the time they turned the corner to see what it was, all that Oren and Bairen saw was an absolutely ripped apart corpse covered in what seemed to be fur. Whatever this thing was, it died painfully and whatever was eating it just absolutely demolished it. There was a trail of bloodied hand and foot prints leading up the building at the back of the ally, and the two of them immediately knew what the creature could’ve been. A Vampire, starved beyond belief; and whenever there’s one bloodsucker there is always an entire pack of them. And judging from how silent and bloody the city was? Most likely EVERYONE there was a Vampire. With this revelation, the two naga make their way through the city quicker, trying to either find a way to the other side and out of it again or to the ‘castle’ in the city’s center so they could slay the lead Vampire.
