Linkyeah im 11 im going to bring exceptions with alot of ppl under 13 but theres some people. those some people all range under 13 and i dont want a child who has no clue about what the world is like to pop on and see what im posting. and maturity level wise, if your under 13 but you have the maturity level of someone 13+ your allowed here
