YES) He pulled off a line of taffy from the machine, replacing it with the new flavor and humming as he took the clump and wrappings, begging to wrap and pack them, smiling softly. He perked when he heard the footsteps, tensing up. He wasn’t finished yet. He fumbled and put the box into a cabinet she probably couldn’t reach nor see it from her angle, packing the left over taffy into the bags they were supposed to go to
