Here I am microwaving cheese to eat melted cheese with a fork.
I literally have no idea what kind of cheese you're talking about. The first thing that comes to mind is queso fresco? But I'm pretty sure that's not the cheese you're talking abt. Also I have very ized opinions on cheddar cheese. Its both really gross but also good depending on how its used?

it’s literally a light and fluffy cream cheese it is WONDERFUL I tried strawberry whipped cream cheese and almost ascended to heaven because how good it was
