there could be many reasons for why you are bad at socializing ranging from just being shy to even autism

look up your symptoms and if you think you know what it is, maybe go to a doctor to get diagnosed for anything like maybe social anxiety or something

LinkI mean, if it interferes with your daily life enough to be concerned about it, yeah, but if you think everything is ok then feel free to do nothing
but I mean you could still look it up if you want, if you don't show any serious symptoms you could just leave it alone if you want

it's just because no one knows who you are and you could change your internet identity in seconds
but in real life you are stuck with what you have and you have to be careful with what you share
