This is Randrop. She is part seawing and part rainwing. She has a prehensile tail, can shift through shades of green, blue, and purple, has weak venom that creates small burns and rashes, can breath underwater, and has the glowing scales. She is shy around new dragons, but is outgoing around her friends.
